The English goalkeeper kept a clean sheet as United thrashed Newcastle 5-0 to progress to the next round of the FA Women's Cup. Nikita Parris netted a brace while Ella Toone, Rachel Williams and Melvine Malard scored a goal each in the team's comprehensive victory. After the game, Earps and her team-mates huddled on the pitch and screamed "One, two, three: TEAM!" before applauding the fans for their support.

The 30-year-old, whose current contract with the English giants expires in the summer, is yet to agree on a new deal despite holding several rounds of talks with the club. Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona continue to remain interested in Earps, with the French club being the favourites to land her. At one point, Arsenal were keen on signing the goalkeeper but they have reportedly cooled down their interest.
