The Red Dragons have never shied away from the fact that they would like to get more firepower onto their books during the winter window. Further competition may, however, be sought early in 2025. If Phil Parkinson decides to bring in another forward, then a couple of berths have opened up in his ranks. Waters has left North Wales by mutual consent, having joined Wrexham from Barrow in March 2023 and taken in eight appearances for the club – with loan spells sanctioned at Doncaster and Halifax.
DID YOU KNOW?
Iceland international Bodvarsson was signed on a short-term deal in October, with those terms coming to a close. The experienced frontman, who went goalless through seven appearances for Wrexham, will be remaining in League One as he has linked up with Burton Albion.
WHAT NEXT?
Parkinson has previously admitted that Hollywood co-owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney are making “resources” available for additions, which means that there could be more movement at SToK Racecourse before the end of the month.
