Liverpool have put the £4m ($5m) mansion Jurgen Klopp lived in up for sale after his successor Arne Slot decided to turn down the chance to move in.

Per , the Reds are seeking a buyer for Klopp's old Merseyside residence, which has a value of around £4m. The seven-bedroom mansion was offered to Slot and his wife, but they have opted against taking the keys, meaning it will go on the market.

Steven Gerrard bought the house in 2005 and when he left the club, to join LA Galaxy in 2015, he sold the property to Brendan Rodgers. He initially operated as Klopp's landlord after being sacked but, in 2019, Liverpool bought the house. They then reportedly allowed Klopp to live in the property rent free.
